The Scheme:
The principal purpose of the Scheme is the provision of Retirement Benefits for its Members and beneficiaries and is designed to provide individuals, who are in the service of the Principal Employer and any other Employers in the Scheme, with a wide range of benefits for themselves and their families.
The Schemes are open both to residents and non-residents in the different jurisdictions and is for the exclusive benefit of its Members and Beneficiaries. The interests of the funds held for such persons are securely protected under irrevocable trusts. They are held entirely separate to the funds of the Principal Employer and other Employers under the Scheme.

Operation:
The Scheme is structured as a funded defined contribution pension scheme. It operates in a manner consistent with the status of a QROPS, in accordance with section 169 of the UK Finance Act 2004.
Legal:
The Interim Executives Group Pension Scheme conform to, and meets, all known requirements to operate, for the benefit of its members, within the Jersey and Guernsey jurisdictions.
